Stay and play with us at Over East Farm.  You will enjoy casual elegance in this newly built addittion to the original 1829 farm house.  Modern amenities including central air conditioning, private bathrooms, wi-fi, satelite tv will feel like home away from home.   A continental breakfast in the privacy of your own room is included in the accomodation rate.

William Morris Room sleeps 4, full bath, convenience kitchen including microwave, small refrigerater, sink, microwave and coffee pot.  Available all year.  2nd floor.   Room rates apply to double occupancy $120 first night.  $99 each night after.  $15 each additional person.  9% NH meals and rooms tax to be applied.

You may just want to sit back and relax in the beautifully decorated rooms here at Over East Farm. You can walk and hike the grounds or visit the animals for a little pet therapy. Visit one of the many restaurants and bakeries in the area, have a little dinner and then back to Over East for some well-deserved peace and quiet!
